# Redeem your AppSumo code

> Your AppSumo code is your license key. There is no account to create.

1. Copy your code from your AppSumo account. It starts with `DBAS-`.
2. Run the installer on your computer. You need Node.js 22 or newer and a Cloudflare account.

```

3. Paste the code when it asks for your license key, then follow the [install steps](https://databull.app/docs/install).

Your code works like any other DataBull license: one production install, 3 activations for reinstalls and every future update. See [License & activations](https://databull.app/docs/license).
